Unsure about a trip, or how payment works? Here are answers to questions previous travelers have asked. If you can’t find yours, give us a call.
Do I have to pay for my trip up front, or can it be broken into payments?
If the trip is within 90 days of departure, we require payment in full. If the trip is more than 90 days out, we will break your payments into 3–4 installments.
Are your trips only for divers?
No. Many of our trips are built around diving, but our land-only adventures, such as safaris and cultural journeys, are just as popular. Each trip page lists what’s included for divers and non-divers.
Can I join a group trip on my own?
Yes. Our group trips welcome both couples and solo travelers, and they’re a great way to meet new friends who share your enthusiasm for travel.
What happens before and after a group trip?
Pre-trip meetings let you meet your fellow travelers and go over the logistics and packing details. After we return, our post-trip parties are a chance to share photos and videos and catch up with your travel companions.
Can you plan a trip just for me, my family or my club?
Absolutely. If a scheduled group trip isn’t for you, we’re happy to plan for small groups, families, dive clubs and individual travelers. Tell us what you have in mind.
