June is when the Okavango Delta’s floods peak and wildlife gathers in remarkable numbers. You’ll spend three nights in each of three exceptional camps, flying between them by light aircraft so no time is lost on the road.
Start in the 440,000-acre Khwai Private Reserve on the edge of Moremi, move on to the elephant country of Savute and the Linyanti, and finish on a private island in the heart of the Delta, with private game drives, night drives, mokoro rides and walking safaris along the way.

Fly to Belmond Savute Elephant Lodge
A light aircraft flight to the Linyanti region, then an afternoon game drive.

Belmond Savute Elephant Lodge
Spacious tents with polished timber floors and indoor and outdoor showers. An elevated heated pool overlooks a busy waterhole, and elephants often wander through camp.

Belmond Eagle Island Lodge
A sophisticated camp on a private island in the heart of the Delta. High-ceilinged tented rooms, each with its own plunge pool and Delta views.
